This tool utilizes Naegele's Rule, which is the clinical standard for establishing the estimated date of confinement (EDC).

The Scientific Logic:

  • LMP: Date + 280 Days + (Cycle - 28)
  • Conception: Date + 266 Days
  • IVF (3/5 Day): Adjustment based on embryo age at transfer.
  • Scan: Scan Date + (280 - current age in days).
